Introduction

DiSC is a behavioral assessment tool. DiSC measures observable behavior. The four dimensions of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance enable respondents to compare their work adaptability with their consistent behavior and it's often use in intrapersonal applications. This program is designed to expose participants on how to manage personalities at the workplace to achieve better productivity and success. The program will be experiential and assessments base and will give the participants an insight into details of characters and how we manage them well.
