Those who manage their time effectively have increased their level of productivity. We need to know time management techniques and skills that are practiced by successful people so that we can increase our level of productivity, for our own benefit and the benefit of the organization we work for.

Target Audience

This course is intended for all staff who has a desire to make the most out of their time.

Methodology

The course will be conducted in an interactive learning mode in order to encourage active learning among the participants. Methods of training include group discussions, slide presentations, role plays, assessments, games and opportunities for self-reflection and action planning.
