Target Audience

This course is intended for employees in Human Resources, particularly managing the portfolio of Talent Management.

Methodology

The course will be conducted in an interactive learning mode in order to encourage active learning among the participants. Methods of training include group discussions, slide presentations, assessments, individual assignments, games and opportunities for self-reflection and action planning.

Additional Notes

This program will utilise the DISC Profiling Assessment Tools. Minimal charges will be charged for each unit of completed assessment.
