Target Audience

This course is intended for supervisors, team or project leaders, senior and middle level managers in non-HR functions, and managers who play multiple roles including HR but do not have formal HR orientation.

Methodology

The course will be conducted in an interactive learning mode in order to encourage active learning among the participants. Methods of training include group discussions, slide presentations, assessments, individual assignments, and opportunities for self-reflection and action planning.
