Module 1: Introduction & Setup

  • What is PowerApps & Power Automate
  • Common use cases: digital forms, approvals, checklists, tracking
  • Create basic SharePoint lists for Form submissions and Action tracker
  • PowerApps and Power Automate interface walkthrough

Module 2: Create Custom Forms in PowerApps

  • Build a custom form (e.g., feedback, request, checklist)
  • Add dropdowns, toggles, text fields, attachments, signature
  • Connect form to SharePoint
  • Submit and view records

Module 3: Email Notifications

  • Use Power Automate to send email when form is submitted
  • Include form details in the email body
  • Add conditions (e.g., notify manager if urgent)
  • Customize subject, recipients, and message

Module 4: Action Tracker Automation

  • Create SharePoint list for tracking actions (Title, Description, Person-in-Charge, Due Date, Status)
  • Add “Action Required?” toggle to the form
  • Use Power Automate to auto-create action item when needed and auto-email person-in-charge with task details

Module 5: Auto Report Generation

  • Design a Word template (stored in OneDrive)
  • Use Power Automate to fill the template with form data, convert it to PDF, and save to SharePoint and/or email it

Module 6: Mobile Access, Testing & Wrap-up

  • Install and test PowerApps on a smartphone
  • Submit form, check report, receive email
  • Tips for deployment, versioning, and user access
  • Q&A and next steps
