Introduction
Mental resilience refers to the ability to adapt and recover from stress, adversity, or challenges while maintaining mental well-being. It supports better problem-solving, enhanced productivity, and improved job satisfaction, which are essential for personal success and organisational growth.

These areas are interconnected and collectively form the foundation for a balanced, fulfilling, and productive life.
