Introduction

Mental resilience refers to the ability to adapt and recover from stress, adversity, or challenges while maintaining mental well-being. It supports better problem-solving, enhanced productivity, and improved job satisfaction, which are essential for personal success and organisational growth.

This two-day training programme focuses on equipping participants with the tools and strategies to enhance their mental resilience by exploring four key areas: purpose, habits, emotion, and mental toughness. These areas are interconnected and collectively form the foundation for a balanced, fulfilling, and productive life.

Participants will engage in interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and practical activities designed to foster self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and develop actionable plans to enhance their overall well-being, both at work and in their personal lives.
