Introduction

This one-day workshop offers the insight of colour personality through the discovery of each team leader’s ‘Life Colour’ and how they can enhance their communication through understanding the personalities of the people they work with. Why? Because effective communication is the driving force behind what motivates people, how they interact and contribute in team environments, how they communicate their ideas, how they problem solve, how they view and manage time and how they manage tasks and task loads, and it determines the strengths and leadership qualities they bring to the workplace.
