A Colour–Based Leadership Development Programme

Introduction

Effective leadership is a critical driver of organisational success. Leaders today are required not only to manage tasks and performance, but also to inspire people, navigate change, and lead with emotional awareness. This 2-day programme introduces leadership development through a colour-based perspective, helping participants understand themselves and others more deeply.

Through the concept of Life Colour, participants will explore their natural leadership style, strengths, blind spots, and stress tendencies. By understanding how different colour personalities influence communication, decision-making, motivation, and teamwork, leaders will be better equipped to lead authentically, build trust, and bring out the best in their teams.
