Introduction

This 2-day experiential workshop is designed to help participants restore and sustain work–life balance, by bringing greater harmony between professional responsibilities and personal well-being. Through understanding stress, energy, emotional patterns, and daily demands, participants learn how to rebalance their work commitments, personal needs, relationships, and inner life using colour psychology and colour therapy, applied holistically via the Seven Senses.

At its core, the programme goes beyond conventional stress management to address the deeper challenge of modern work–life imbalance — constant pressure, blurred boundaries, mental fatigue, emotional overload, and the struggle to stay engaged at work while remaining present in personal life. It integrates self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sensory-based colour techniques to help participants manage daily pressures, regain inner balance, and function more effectively at work and in life.

Participants will also gain insights into their colour personality (Life Colour) and learn how colour influences their thinking, emotions, communication style, motivation, energy levels, and their ability to maintain balance between work demands and personal fulfilment.
