Introduction

Are you facing challenges dealing with the behaviors of different levels in your organization?

At the end of the workshop, we will be able to lead our team members dynamically—unified, but not uniformed.

Module 4: How Are Behaviours Formed

  • [Discussion] The behaviours of others and their main driver at the psychological level
  • [Theory] The behaviour driver at the subconscious level
  • [Reflection] What are individual subconscious driver for own behaviour

Module 5: How Empathy And Compassion Are Crucial

  • [Theory] How empathy play the critical role in building trust, creating the healthy working environment in the workplace

Methodology

The course content will be delivered through experiential learning – activities and game debrief, reflections, short lectures, group discussions, group presentation and scenario discussion.
