AI Productivity, Analysis & Repeatable Workflows
Duration: 1 Day
Introduction
Many employees already use AI casually for reporting, analysis or presentations, but in an ad-hoc way: results are inconsistent, effort is repeated, and outputs are rarely verified. This course upgrades casual users into structured users. Participants convert their own recurring tasks into repeatable AI-assisted workflows for reports, data analysis and business documents, and learn the quality-control habits needed to rely on AI output in professional work.
Learning Outcomes
After attending this program, learners will be able to do the following:
- Convert recurring tasks into reusable prompt templates and maintain a personal prompt library
- Use AI to analyse spreadsheet data and interpret differences, trends and exceptions
- Apply structured questioning techniques to move from data description to insight
- Produce business presentations and structured reports through an AI-assisted production process
- Apply a quality-control checklist to verify AI outputs, including figures and sources
- Judge when AI is and is not the appropriate tool for a task

It is suitable for participants with little or no prior AI experience who wish to improve productivity, communication, and efficiency while using AI safely and responsibly.
Methodology
Instructor-led classroom training combining interactive lectures (approx. 20%) with hands-on guided practice (approx. 80%). Methods include live demonstration, individual practical exercises on participants' own laptops using real work samples, group discussion, scenario-based workshop activities, and a capstone exercise presented for trainer feedback.
