Strategic Stakeholder Management For GBS

Duration: 1 Days

Introduction

Strong stakeholder relationships are essential for GBS teams to deliver business value, influence outcomes and build long-term credibility. This practical one-day workshop equips participants with a structured approach to identify, prioritise and strategically engage their most important stakeholders.

Working in process-based teams, participants progressively develop stakeholder engagement plans that address both process-level priorities and broader GBS objectives.
